RETURN (WITHDRAWAL)

 

Please note that purchased goods are non-returnable.

 

 

 

 

CLAIMS

 

1. the manufacturer provides a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

 

2. the claim period for customers of C.H. PTAK (not being our partner boutique)

is 3 months from the date of purchase of the goods. 3.

 

3. the claim period for customers who are our partner boutiques is 6 months from the date of purchase of the goods.

The product received should be sent back to the address:

together with the completed claim form available below.

 

We do not accept parcels sent COD or parcel post.

 

Each returned product should be clean, properly packed and protected.

 

In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another - full-value goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods with defect-free ones, the purchase cost of these goods will be refunded by correcting the invoice. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the date of processing the complaint.

 

Complaints without a properly completed complaint form and a copy of the proof of purchase will not be considered.

 

Please enclose a separate claim form for each product.

 

O'LAVOGA will respond to each request immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

 

Complaints are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964r. Civil Code.
